Welcome to BCAM! Founded in June of 2012, BCAM (Brevard Community Association Management) is an exciting new organization created to provide information, educational programs, and networking opportunities for Community Association Managers, Board of Directors and Key Committee Persons of Community Associations. Committees include Architectural Review Committee, Landscaping, Governing Documents, Budget, etc. in Brevard County. However, individuals from other counties are welcome to join and attend our meetings.

Our unique organization meets six times a year. BCAM strives to meets the needs of all of Brevard County’s community association industry’s needs and therefore, we offer a mixture of meeting dates and times to make it available to everyone. Some of our meetings are on a Saturday morning, weekday mornings, weekday luncheons, weekday late afternoons), and evenings. At each event, BCAM provides complimentary meals or refreshments. For example, our morning events feature a full breakfast - not simply continental breakfast with pastries, but the “whole enchilada.” Our Annual Trade Show Seminar features a complimentary appetizer buffet and beer and wine or a full breakfast depending upon the time of the event. Our Reservation Page will disclose the type of meal for each program. Each meeting will feature a program (either one or two hours) packed full of information on the hot issues of the day that community associations and their managers are facing.

Each meeting will provide continuing education credits for licensed community associations managers’ licenses. Additionally, board members and other attendees will receive a Certificate of Achievement for attending the program. All certificates are suitable for framing.

Our speakers are experienced, prestigious leaders in the community association industry. Our topics are always interesting and presented in an easy to understand format in a sometime humorous manner. BCAM’s Exclusive Partners have been carefully screened to ensure that each partner is truly a company that specializes in providing services to community associations. You will have time to network with other managers and board members to help solve mutual problems. Each meeting, BCAM’s Exclusive Partners are available to answer any questions you may have on issues regarding banking, legal, accounting, bulk cable, aquatic issues, disaster recovery issues, security, engineering, insurance, and much, much more.

For more information on our upcoming programs, please see our Event Pages. You can make reservation(s) up to a year in advance if you want. To make a reservation, please visit our Reservation page.
